General Shipping Details
Lash Affair by J.Paris® reserves the right to ship orders via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) at any time, at its discretion. You will receive a email confirmation when your order has been shipped, with tracking numbers.
Lash Affair by J.Paris® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If customer provided incorrect shipping address, customer is responsible for paying all extra shipping costs.
Shipping and Handling Rates and Times for the United States
If you order $80 or more in products you will receive FREE USPS Ground* shipping.
All other shipping charges will automatically be determined by our USPS Shipping Calculator.
Same Day Shipping
All orders received between Monday and Friday are processed the same day. All orders must be placed by 1 PM EST to be shipped on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be shipped the following business day.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping
Overnight and priority orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and orders placed on Federal Holidays (also including Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve) will be processed on the next business day following the weekend or holiday(s).
Returns and Exchanges
Its is our mission at Lash Affair by J.Paris® to ship products and provide services of only the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, Lash Affair by J.Paris® cannot accept product returns after packaging has been opened. With the exception of Bond.
Returns and exchanges of unopened, resalable products are accepted within fourteen (14) days of the date on the original purchase receipt. Buyer will be credited with his or her purchase price, minus the shipping cost and restocking fee. Even exchanges of unopened/unused products may be authorized within fourteen (14) days of date on original purchase receipt.
