• Must be a legal resident of the United States
• Scholarship applicants and recipients must be eligible to perform eyelash extensions in accordance with their state licensing and regulatory boards and be able to provide credentials to validate eligibility
• Applicants are required to complete the scholarship application and submit all supporting documents in full to be considered.
